Simply Pinot:
A class dedicated to Pinot Noir. Taste barreled vintages, walk the vineyards, and learn why this delicate wine is immensely difficult to grow and craft. This course will explore the versatility of the grape, as well as its historic nobility and tradition of sophistication. Students will also learn how the different Pinot Noir growing regions throughout the world affect this wine's subtle yet complex characteristics.

Discussions With a Master:
A unique special advanced seminar offered to serious students of wine. Bruce Rector, HMW friend and consultant, will lead those searching for detailed wine knowledge through an in-depth discussion covering wine making and the art of blending.
2 hours to be held at the Rector Estate in Glen Ellen.
